We had a fantastic time in our cozy room, especially enjoying the fun décor and the wonderful drinks from the lounge. the wine hour was pleasant, but snack portions could've been better. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The location is fabulous, and the room was super cozy for our little family adventure! Plus, the evening happy hour with sips and nibbles was delightful!
However, the bathroom felt like it was auditioning for a horror film—where's the grab bar? And seriously, one sink? Who do you think we are, a couple of bathroom acrobats?

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's unique charm, with its cozy lobby decor, elegant furnishings, and the inviting atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy accessible spaces suitable for seniors like myself.
More blankets in rooms would enhance comfort for seniors.

Awesome stay with a surprise!
We really enjoyed our two-night stay! The hotel is super cool, right in the thick of things. Our room was small but cozy. Big shoutout for the free wine hour, that was a nice touch! My only issue was parking—took way too long to figure it out. Overall, a fantastic place to celebrate our anniversary!

great walking access to parks and city landmarks
During my stay, I was delighted by how close we were to the stunning Salt Lake Temple, just a quick 500 meters away, making it easy to explore its beautiful grounds, and I also loved that the vibrant Utah Museum of Contemporary Art was only 500 meters away, providing an enriching cultural stop on my urban strolls. the hotel’s modern ambiance fits perfectly for a weekend traveler like me who enjoys charming city walks and discovering hidden gems, but I did notice that the coffee in the hotel restaurant was cold during breakfast hours.

missingWrote a review on Sept 14convenient valet parkingexcessively firm bedslow drainage
The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and nightlife. Valet parking was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the small bathroom felt cramped, especially with a lot of luggage, and the bed was excessively firm, which hindered a good night's sleep. The slow drainage in the sink and tub added an extra layer of frustration, making the experience less enjoyable overall.

My recent stay was fantastic with so many enjoyable aspects! The wine and cheese every afternoon were a delightful surprise, adding a cozy touch to our evenings. The in-house restaurant provided an amazing dining experience. the food was delightful and presented beautifully. Our comfortable Essential Room felt truly relaxing, and although the bathroom could have been larger, it didn't affect our overall comfort. I would definitely choose this place again!

great access to top attractions and local eateries for weekend strolls
I really enjoyed being just a 500-meter walk to the iconic Salt Lake Temple and less than a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Utah State Capitol, which allowed me to make the most of my city explorations with ease. while the room was modern and clean, it was also handy to have vibrant local spots like Eva's Bakery and Mali Thai just steps away for tasty meals after a long day of walking around the city.

The Kimpton was a wonderful experience for my work-related stay. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, making it convenient for meetings and business engagements. My room, the Premium King Room, was spacious and well-appointed with quality amenities. The housekeepers maintained the room impeccably, and the lobby provided a great space for informal meetings and relaxation. Additionally, I appreciated the attentive service from the staff who catered to my requests efficiently.
Some furnishings felt slightly dated.

Had an amazing time with friends at this stylish hotel. We explored the gorgeous trails and even checked out the nearby views. The decor is fun, especially the cool giant scrabble board. Definitely enjoyed the festive atmosphere and cocktails at the bar!
One downside was the noise from thin walls. you could hear neighbors clearly, including shower sounds.
